Urinary incontinence is the leakage of urine even when one does not wants to urinate. It is more common in females than males and is a common problem that affects many people. Among women, around 30% of them in the age group of 30-60 years suffer from it. Treatment depends on several factors such as age, underlying ailments, type of incontinence, etc. It can be treated by exercises to strengthen the bladder (called Kegel Exercise), medications, medical devices or surgery
Bladder cancer is where a growth of abnormal tissue, known as a tumour, develops in the bladder lining. In some cases, the tumour spreads into the bladder muscle. The most common symptom of bladder cancer is blood in your urine, which is usually painless.
Hematuria is blood in the urine. When the urine is red or pink this could be linked to blood in the urine and is called “gross” or “visible” hematuria. Sometimes, blood is in the urine but is not easily seen and it is called “microscopic” hematuria since it can only be seen under a microscope.
If you are having any symptoms like urinary inconsistence, erectile dysfunction, pain in the lower back, frequent urination, waking up at night to urinate, pain in your urinary system, blood in the urine, or any other symptoms which you feel might require a urologist’s opinion, please feel free to leave a comment and send it to us.

A man on a mission to fight against the social stigma against men’s sexual health for over 2 decades. "Imagine a successful man, a loving husband; a caring father, god forbid if he develops a heart condition, he immediately gets the full support and sympathy of his family and friends. However, if the same person develops urological issues, he has to deal with it completely by himself for the fear of being labeled an ‘impotent’ or ‘sexually-incompetent’ person. This is so unfair, especially in today’s day and age, when we are denouncing every social stigma and challenging them in every field. Nobody should suffer in SILENCE"
